Snyder's Sharks

Amazing new pieces from Snyder, and a beautiful description of the motivation behind each piece.

Two new amazing pieces of street art from Snyder, each one highlighting a different aspect of what the artist strives for when placing a piece.

Snyder says that the shark pieces were implemented in the streets and designed to go up together as a commentary on his two main objectives when placing art in the streets.

Snyder says 'The weathered wall shark describes my goal of creating a relationship between art and its natural environment. The La Brea Shark demonstrates my passion for the creative process- the amount of time, effort and artistry invested in each single piece'.

The weathered shark and fish feature stenciled characteristics, while the La Brea shark features Snyder's personal drip stencil aesthetic. Very impressive stuff, and a great demonstration of cognitive street art. Snyder has been killing it on the streets recently, and we look forward having Snyder in our upcoming show, featuring the best street artists in Los Angeles.
