A pair of Victoria's Secret panties lying on the ground off Melrose--the funny thing about these is the location. It is not unusual to see discarded clothing on the ground in some rough parts of town, but this was located under a car in the affluent, hipster neighborhood near Melrose. And these probably belonged to some affluent, hipster girl. Lol.
