Can't tell if this bird is street art or not?
The building does not seem to have anything bird related, and this is placed right in the spot where a street artist would hit on the roof.
On the other hand, we have never seen this image on the streets, and it does have a different 'feel' to it.
Anyway, it got us looking, so art or advert either way a success?
